I experienced a surprise upgrade upon check, in to a more spacious room. the in, room foot/leg massagers were a delightful treat after a long day of exploring. the convenience of being located right across from Shin, Osaka Station East Gate was unbeatable. Overall, a satisfying stay at a great value for the money spent. Although the bathroom setup wasn't ideal in one room with jets causing issues, the overall comfort and amenities made up for it. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

I had a such great stay. Came here for 3 days, the hotel was perfect and nice, it had brilliant location close enough to train station Shin Osaka as well as all the shops and restaurants within the complex.

We had a very pleasant time staying at this hotel. the property was a chilled-out base for enjoying a peaceful area, not far from Osaka central. - the hotel is conveniently located, with Osaka station right across the lift up station, markets, and main tourist areas. - We got a brand-new standard room, which was very handy to have with an electric kettle and a refrigerator.
